Carol - my older son was home from Wed until Mon and they were on the go the whole weekend, Devin was feeling badly because he thought he was hogging his brother and I didn't get enough quality time with him - I told him nonsense! He lives in Alabama, I can jump in the truck and go up there if the need hits me! And they are closing on their 1st house this month so I know full well he will not be making it to Italy any time soon to see his brother! I on the other hand will be making it to Italy several times!

well, to get to my e-mail I go on internet explorer and then my mail itself is on an aol address. I think tonight while Devin and I are playing with skype I'll ask him to take a look at this too. He's very computer savy! BTW - I can tell he's starting to realize time is up soon, he's spending more time at home with mom than going out with his buddies this week.

That little girls voice asking Santa to bring her Dad home on his sleigh, that just about brought me to my knees. Throughout the song they have military men from the Tampa Bay area saying hello to their families, and afterwards the DJ gets on and says a young girl called in after hearing it all excited that her Dad was one of the ones on there. I guess the local station took the original song and mixed it with the messages.

absolutely nothing happens when I click on them! by web browser what do you mean? aol? I am a tad computer illiterate! Devin got me a camera so we can skype when he's in Italy and the hubs laughed and told him he'd "see" me in person before I figured the darned thing out. We are going to try it tonight, he's going to set me up in the main house and then go back to the in-laws quarters and get on his laptop to make sure I can handle it!

Carol - my hubs knows better, I used to ask now I just sneak them in and it usually takes a day or two before he realizes there's an extra! I'm down to my 7 and just one foster at the moment. The hubs is having some health issues of late and just refuses to take better care of himself, I told him that if he's not going to take better care of himself, not to worry, I have him heavily insured and there will be room for more dogs and the dogs and I will be just fine thankyou very much!

Haven't seen the Ford commercial because I can't go back pages with this new format! Did hear a song on the local country station yesterday that caused me to have to pull off the road, a little girl singing "bring him home" about wanting santa to bring her dad home for Christmas and finding him by the tree Christmas morning in his dress blues rather than the barbie and soccer ball she asked for. OMG - l couldn't see the road for the tears running down my face!

mi-mijo - I'm not sure about the TV at A-school, seems like my son was pretty happy when he got to C school and he had TV and cable in his room, but I don't remember him saying he had one at A school. Not much time for it there, LOTS of studying to do!

Carol - they you and your pups are beautiful! I am a bit of a dog freak, I just can't help myself, I love them! And for some reason they are attracted to me as well, thinking I may have been one in a previous life! :0)

Carol - thanks for the "molly's" I have submitted myself to be accepted! We have been so very fortunate to have our sailor home several times this year and I know many have not had that chance even once, never mind several times!

LOL - ok, not too difficult a task when only 2 of the 6 aren't handicapped! In order from left to right, Alfie, he will do anything for a treat, Schuyler, same thing, anything for a cookie! Leila, the little one looking right at the camera is afraid to jump off the couch as her back legs do not always work, (although they work more than she lets on especially when she's working a crowd for treats) Bruiser and Bumper and Polly (who you can barely see in the far right corner) are all blind and deaf and will pretty much stay where I put them for at least a few minutes before jumping down! These guys are easy, the Vizsla is going to be tricky, he's already up to 21 lbs and has more energy than the rest of them combined! But I'm going to give it a try! LOL
