There will be a Meet and Greet at the Ramada Inn , Waukegan. On Thurs. 2/3/11.  6PM - 8PM

The Ramada holds a M&G every Thursday evening, before PIR's on Friday.

The M&G is for anyone wanting to attend, N4M's or not.

I thought it would be nice to meet one another in person, share some stories, even use our sons/daughters NAMES when discussing them. lol.

Also, bring some photos of your recruit so we can put some faces with stories. Even though we are not going to recognize anybody the next day!

I myself am staying at the Ramada BUT you do NOT have to be a guest there to attend.

If you have any questions, i will try to answer them or at least try to FIND the answer for them.

Hope to see you there!!

Also, the M&G is free to anyone attending, but there is a cash bar.

The whole family is welcome, this is not just for us moms on N4M's

Remember to wear a badge or name card so we know who we all are!

Also, I have reserved a room for us at a local restaurant, Anastasia's, for us to go to either during or after the M&G. I hear that the Ramada can get pretty crowded (dont forget, we are not the only moms/dads with SR's graduating the next day). So if any one is interested in going there for more privacy, or for dinner (its nothing real fancy), we will be able to take the party there.

They ask that if you think you might want to join us there afterwards, that you let me know so they are able to come up with some kind of a number as far as how many will be attending. I dont have to notify them until the week of, so you guys have time:))  If you want to view the menu, here is the link.

I plan on being there as well!
Thanks for the info. My flight gets in later on Thursday, but I am going to try and drop by towards the end, but this may be wishful thinking. Maybe, those that are interested, we could exchange cell #'s because it sounds like we will have time the morning of PIR to meet too. I plan on getting there early obviously. =)
Wow!  I feel so behind.  We haven't made any reservations or booked our flights!  I better get busy!
I am not on here mcuh and not sure where I will be staying yet, but I/we will be there.
We made our reservations, and we are not getting in on Thursday til late, like 11 or midnight.  So we can't make the Meet and Greet but I would love to exchange numbers so we can meet up while waiting at PIR:)
I will be there. Thanks, Joan

I'll be there for sure!!!  FYI - I'm staying at the Marriott Residence Inn Lake Forest/Mettawa - anyone drop me a line of your staying there too, we can hook up  ;-)
