As our recruits get furthur into bootcamp I thought that maybe some of the Moms in Division 818 PIR 9/2 would like to get more specific information. I'm brand new at this but thought I'd try and maybe some more knowledgable Mom's will help us.

Forget the patch Trish...they are by prescription only I believe but you can ask your doctor. Check out the wrist bands for motion sickness ~ www.sea-band.com
Trish, I agree with you about the Dramamine/drowsiness I wouldn't want to feel like that either. Ask a pharmacist about the patch for sea sickness, I'm not sure what it's called but a friend who went on a cruise used one of those. I also agree with you about the berthing quarters...absolutely try to get a top bunk lol!
Lydia, Ginger is a great idea too! My in-laws are lighthouse lovers & are always going out on boats to see lighthouses around the country so my mother-in-law carries ginger candies & ginger snaps with her at all times!
Trisha.. also, ginger... you can buy the capsules at the health food store.. kewl Tiger cruise man that would be sooo fun!!! Is that perhaps a cargo plane??
Kelly - wooooooow Ive missed you here =D
Hideeeehooooo I'm here too....lurkin in the shadows lately! LOL <3
Trisha, Dramamine works pretty good & there is a patch for sea sickness out there also. I would definitely look into them & enjoy that Tiger Cruise!!
