For the privacy and safety of you and/or your sailor, NO LAST NAMES ARE ALLOWED, even if your last name differs from that of your sailor (please make sure your URL address does not include your last name either). Also, please do not include your email address in your user name. Go to "Settings" above to set your Username. While there, complete your Profile so you can post and share photos and videos of your Sailor and share stories with other moms!

Join groups! Browse for groups for your PIR date, your sailor's occupational specialty, "A" school, assigned ship, homeport city, your own city or state, and a myriad of other interests. Jump in and introduce yourself! Start making friends that can last a lifetime.

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind. In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships." OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.
DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.

As our recruits get furthur into bootcamp I thought that maybe some of the Moms in Division 818 PIR 9/2 would like to get more specific information. I'm brand new at this but thought I'd try and maybe some more knowledgable Mom's will help us.

Im tired tooo.... did tons of care packages today.... hurting... but hell they are hurting tooo... I can not and must not complain..... sooo Ill talk to yall later... need yall opinion on something....
Hi Everyone!!! Backi at work and felt like a ping-pong ball going from room to room with three pt and one of those critical on drips of all kinds and a vent and had to have blood..............I be tired this morning!!!!!
Well, J is headed back to Bremerton from SD.......should hear from him soon.....

BIG Texas storms here.... need the rain still so I cant complain too much.
KK - The Indigo Bunting sits on our street sign every morning at about 7:30 - 7:40 so if Im out walking that early I can get a photo... but this morning it is dark and gloomy so I did not take my camera .... sure enough there he was AGAIN sitting on the street sign!!!! Some day if Im lucky Ill get a picture...
Well, its been a bit quiet in here but I know everyone is buzzing buzy... Yup week two..... for the D man!!!

Pamom..... OH AWESOME! I wish he were close to where my B is so you could give him a hug for me but they are not very close =0( I cant wait to see picutes when yall get back!!!
KK..... I will try to take some if I see them I am taking my camera each time now. I took yesterday and today off of walking because it was REALLY killing my hips... so recouping and will start back Monday if it is not pouring rain (which it is suppose to)

Ok, so I am going to tell you all my happy little secret.... I am going to SD this week to see D:)))))))))))))) He surprised me about 3 weeks ago with a wonderful idea...and he wouldn't take no for an answer..soooo...off I go! My youngest D is going with me, because my husbands dumb work would not let him have off...stupid!!! I am REALLY excited!!! D #3 will take lots of pictures:))
