Div 818 PIR 9/2

As our recruits get furthur into bootcamp I thought that maybe some of the Moms in Division 818 PIR 9/2 would like to get more specific information. I'm brand new at this but thought I'd try and maybe some more knowledgable Mom's will help us.

Good morning!!!!  Beautiful sunshine, clear skies!!!!  Yippee!!!  Will help Joe with part of the bedroom repairs this AM, get some laundry done, then to a clinic to learn how to show goats this afternoon!!!  If I learn how to show them and start winning awards after I get registered stock I can get more for the kids I sell!!!  Mo money in the pocket--I really want to get to the place that we get a profit from raising them--you have to have a number greater than 5 (current population) and have more in milk at a time (currently one!) to do that. Joe is worrying about doing all this but, as I pointed out to him, even if we cut down and only have enough for our needs the benefits he is getting from the milk are more precious than the expense--no meds for his gastro problems with their side-effects!!!!  Just healthy ways of dealing with the problems.

J spent some time on the computer with W last night playing a computer game...gave them some bonding time......

Have a wonderful day and hope everyone's weather is as beautiful as ours!!!

kk, Praying for C and her momma. Hope she can get fixed up and feeling good very soon.  She has a syrinx in her cord?  Thank you for the sleep info, you used a  lot of big words, LOL.  Sounds good can't wait for lesson 2. Love the quote too.

Kelly, Happy Birthday to S!  The cake sounds yummie!

pamom, Definitely on my bucket list! Maybe next year, Mo will be in college

Lydia, Praying for you and D, sounds like B got his miracle.  I was looking for a dress for Mo/the prom.  She is all ready.  The play is this weekend- she plays the part of a witch doctor.  Very cute-kinda like the Munsters.

Bama, Sounds like the house is coming along.  One step at a time. Lots of luck to J-he will do just fine-Praying for him!

Everyone have a great Saturday!!!

Good late morning sistas!!!!

KK - okay got it... gonna try it...  cause 5 hours is not enough for healthy cleansing of the body so Im told anyway...  but these few days it has been dark in the am and dark in eve cause of rain... but rain is great for Texas so Ill start that part when this blows over hahaha ------  I am also praying for C that the doctor will be clear and concise and will do what ever necessary to assure her health and wellness...  if she will need more surgery then we will pray you and her through that!!!!  If not then that is good too!!!!   We are right here for you and her!!!!!!!   I now have TWO ;yellow roses in full bloom that I have named for C

Pamom.....  woow I did 5 hours for so long that my body just cant shake the habit but I was told that that is not enough sleep I dunno...  I think that each of us are different and what works for one might not for another...  Im glad you are good with 5!!!!  You seem such a healthy person anyway!!!!

Bama - sounds like you will be busy for a long time... but nothing like having your own home and doing it yourself..  you look back and can be so proud!!!  Glad the goaties are doing so good!  YUMMM  Goat cheese!!!

Kelly -  have fun with your bday boy S!!!!

Rox - any luck yet on the dress for the wedding???

I asked B last night how did the judge give him back his license when he went before him...  he said...  Mom I dont know honestly but I thanked him and left...  hahahahaha....  so Im holding to it was a miracle !  Thats my story and Im sticking to it...  I was going to email that mom a few days back and let her have it (so to speak) but I though ...  No ..  Im leaving this alone and in Gods hands... perhaps that is what lead to the miracle.. I dunno?????    D huggy is okay.. staying busy until we get in to get this chemo started end of this month...  so still no news there.....  Well., hugs and love to all my sisters...

Good Morning girls!  FLower show was great... weather was awesome :))

Love your quote kk!! I actually have no trouble sleeping at all!! I can fall asleep pretty much right away and stay asleep all night... I just usually only get about 5 hrs of sleep, but it works for me :))  Hope kk's tips help you girls that can't sleep.

I sure hope C is going to be alright kk. Will she need surgery again?

Bama you sure have alot of work going on at your house right now!  I bet you can't wait for J to come home!

Lydia how is D doing?  Really happy B got his license back!! I'm glad it didn't   drag on for a long time.

Kelly, I'm glad you had a nice visit with your mom, I'm sure she loved your company!

Rox, You really should go to the Flower Show sometime. It was crazy crowded.. but that's just the way it always is.

J does want to go back to Aircrew--is requesting it for after the next deployment when the Stennis goes into dry dock for major repairs--they may allow him to do that even though it won't quite be 2 years--it will be close and since the Stennis will be non-operational...........

We are trying to get the floor in the other bedroom done in the next week and a half so J can stay in there when he gets home. Then it will be time for the addition on the back with the new kitchen, laundry room/pantry, bathroom and Florida room. 16 ft wide and whole length of the house........BIG project. Can't get the repairs where the present kitchen is done until have the new kitchen in....

Goatey people are all OK---Maggie is getting as big as a house--makes me wonder if she has more than two in there..........

Have a great night!!!!  Great B got his license!!!  G is testing!!!!  Praying for C...and D, and all our sailors........
