Choose your Username.  For the privacy and safety of you and/or your sailor, NO LAST NAMES ARE ALLOWED, even if your last name differs from that of your sailor (please make sure your URL address does not include your last name either).  Also, please do not include your email address in your user name. Go to "Settings" above to set your Username.  While there, complete your Profile so you can post and share photos and videos of your Sailor and share stories with other moms!

Make sure to read our Community Guidelines and this Navy Operations Security (OPSEC) checklist - loose lips sink ships!

Join groups!  Browse for groups for your PIR date, your sailor's occupational specialty, "A" school, assigned ship, homeport city, your own city or state, and a myriad of other interests. Jump in and introduce yourself!  Start making friends that can last a lifetime.

OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility. 

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.  

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

As our recruits get furthur into bootcamp I thought that maybe some of the Moms in Division 818 PIR 9/2 would like to get more specific information. I'm brand new at this but thought I'd try and maybe some more knowledgable Mom's will help us.

Good Morning,  Well....we got 12 + inches of sn**  & it may sn** again tonight...UGH!!  Gonna shovel the other half of the deck this morning...got disgusted with it yesterday & quit!  C'mon SPRING!!!!

We are going to see Act of Valor tomorrow afternoon...to the theater with the comfy reclining seats so if I need to I can slouch down comfortably during the intense scenes!

TGIF girls!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Oh so happy it is Friday!!!  THe guys have to go get fitted for their tuxes for D's wedding in June! Man, it is coming up fast!  I haven't looked for a dress yet, I need to lose 10lbs first!! haha!

Lydia, we had a G-shep. He was a great dog!! Those puppies are adorable! Praying for B to get this resolved soon!

kk... can't wait to see the new painting! Middle D is an art major and he has painting this semester... he really DOES NOT like to paint, hahaha. He would much prefer pencil or pen and ink drawing. But he has to do it... I want him to paint me a great picture of some sort!!

kelly so sorry about all the sn** ... you too kk! We didn't get any snow just rain, supposed to get more rain on Sat. You going to see Act of Valor this weekend? Let me know what you think.

Bama congratulations on your new home!!!!  I'm sure it feels so great, and I hope and pray you get that much awaited phone call from a certain sailor SOON :))

Rox, hope all is well with you and your family. The end of this senior school year is fast approaching for Mo... seems to have gone by sooo fast.

R'smom how is The Eye's? How are the little hot dogs? How are you and R and your family?  That should about cover the questions, haha!

We could get a "Comet", too late in the year for "Cupid", but still time for Donner to go with Blitzen!!!

The paperwork is signed and the lawyer is going to be filing the paperwork tomorrow--I have my own home!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Will be working hard tomorrow and listening out for a call from a certain sailor!!!

kk, make sure you post a pic of of your finished painting for us here if you can ok! You are quite the artist!!  : )    I love that name Klaus for a German Shepherd....my cousin had a female one named Gretchen & another male named Blitzen!!  Very cool names!

Good afternoon ladies...  just poppin in to see what yall are up to... sounds like Kelly and KK are UP to there noses in SNOW.....  and Bama is closing on her home..  YEA for that .... yuck for the SNOW!!!    Here it is about 75 and partly sunny...  humid...  the trees are all budding and the pollen is aweful..  the birdies are singing at sunrise now hunting for that perfect mate!    Grocery shopping is done and Im chilling with Huggy who is board!!!  hahahaha     Still no resolution on the B man thing but still praying "soon"........ 

Well, anyhoo...  my H and her huney K will be here Monday am... Im soo happy to get to see them AGAIN!!!!!  Coming to pick up their two children...  Alpha and Klaus....  precious!

what a fun day today....  took pix of my grandpuppies.. helped my Rider buddy do care packages (shhhh no one knows)...  shipped em off...  good day... D man is okay - got the gause wet even tho they told him and I told him... not tooo for 12 more hours..  arrrrrrrrrg.....   why do men not listen???  Well, what ever...  Im not his mommie... chillin but okay!!!!

Bama - wooooooow has it really been that long?  Gosh time flys....  yea new home... your home... awesome!

Praying for you and Dan, Lydia.......and all our "boys-turned-men"......

The homecoming party in Bremerton is on Friday...........hopefully will hear from J then.........they've already dropped off the airwing in San Diego and left there......... two and one-half weeks...........Haven't seen his face in a year next week.............

Closing on our new home is tomorrow afternoon...........

Bunches of exciting things!!!!!!
