Div 818 PIR 9/2

As our recruits get furthur into bootcamp I thought that maybe some of the Moms in Division 818 PIR 9/2 would like to get more specific information. I'm brand new at this but thought I'd try and maybe some more knowledgable Mom's will help us.

Just one thought for the day before I head to work.

In 7 days we will be able to access our parking passes for PIR.

Think about that. :o)

Good morning Ladies, I'm off to another busy day at work. Just wanted to check in and say hi.
Lydia We do have a bit in commom. Johnny Depp OMG They've been playing Charlie and the Chocolate Factory on Disney quite often lately. I don't usually watch Disney. Not that into Hannah Montana. But I can't keep my eyes off of Johnny. He is a terrific actor. Facial expressions are amazing. Not too bad to look at either. Ha
BTW Which sounds better 17 days or 2 1/2 weeks???
Have a great day. :o)

No calls for me. It is hot here in Seattle. Bad thing is most houses here do not have a/c so our houses are hot so the best thing to do is go shopping where it is cool. :) Love to shop.

Hi everyone...Kept my phone very close all day...in the back of my mind I kept hoping...but nothing...My son did mention battlestations and testing. The battlestation is much closer I think to the very end right before PIR. They are woken up in the night and have to perform everything they have learned over the 8 weeks at peak performance as a winning team! Go 818...Go 818!!!

Hi beautiful ladies I missed you all today! :) kk sounds like you had a great day! Kelly how are you my friend? Lydia, I hope you enjoyed dinner and a movie. swank, I hope you are feeling better.
Roxanne, not to worry, they do a great video about battlestations, CNN did it and I think if you go to you tube and search you will find it. I can not remember where the link is. Battle Stations as I understand it is the capstone test the recruts go through before PIR. It is the culmination of all that they have learned, it is an overnight event where the recruits will be on a "ship" fighting fires and going through emergency procedures and scenarios like that. Make sure you watch the video!
Anyone, please feel free to add or correct!

Hello everyone, I did not of course get a phone call, probably won't. I have a question, what is this battle-station. Looked different places for the definition, I did not want to appear stupid. Seems like everyone else knows what this is but me. Please help. Not going to lose sleep over it, I will check back tomorrow.
