Div 818 PIR 9/2

As our recruits get furthur into bootcamp I thought that maybe some of the Moms in Division 818 PIR 9/2 would like to get more specific information. I'm brand new at this but thought I'd try and maybe some more knowledgable Mom's will help us.

richsmom, Yes it certainly is 20 days!! Can you believe it? I just told my husband last night that we need to start looking into things to do in Chicago BEFORE we get there. I have my "PIR bag" started with the essential stuff for my son & our trip. Now, to figure out what to wear to PIR....I'm assuming the weather will be pretty much the same as now out there.

Hey Girls, I think I may be thankful for the sultry, soupy weather. That means I'll be in the house on the computer. I feel like it's been ages since I've chatted with all of you. Missed you lots. Did I just count right? Is it really only 20 days before we fly out to Chicago? YEAAHHH!!!!!!

Good Morning 818 Ladies! I hope you all have a great THURSDAY!!
swanksmom, It was fun to have all the kids here last night, I am going to miss this too! The ones who will be seniors in hs told me they are going to miss coming over for my "pasta parties" so I told them that I would maybe do one more for the XC team in the Fall...even tho my son will be away at college! Big changes here!

Good morning Ladies,
It's a "sultry" day here in Delaware. Was planning on spending my day off outdoors but with this soupy weather I just may have to spend it on the computer chatting and catching up on all that I have missed. :)

So happy the day is over We are one day closer to GL.. yaah.

I got a letter today . He talked about two buddies in his div. He says they help eachother out a lot one from NY and the Other from NJ. " the dude from NY is the strongest in the DIV. He says the are both pretty good guys and that they all look out for each other. He also said they wont get calls until the chief thinks they earn them back!! When ever that is letter dated 8/8. If you need more info, or if you think this may be one of your boys feel free to email me.

On another note the other boys are running me ragged with practices and Dr. Appts. Not only that but my sweetie and I are trying to pick a wedding date. Thats alone is enough to make me crazy. In case you are wondering what he looks like that pirate pic is really recent.

I will talk to all of you later miss chating with you girls. I will try to get on earlier tomorrow..
