Div 818 PIR 9/2

As our recruits get furthur into bootcamp I thought that maybe some of the Moms in Division 818 PIR 9/2 would like to get more specific information. I'm brand new at this but thought I'd try and maybe some more knowledgable Mom's will help us.

Ladies I've been thinking. I really didn't want to make anyone sad. I just wanted to share what my son was feeling at the time. Maybe I left out an important quote from Rich's letter.
"As you could imagine, there are a bunch of good guys and some immature (blanks) that keep us down, BUT WE WILL GET THE HANG OF IT and stop the yelling."
It's really a positive letter if you read between the lines. They just have to become a team. And remember, that letter was probably written a week ago. I'm sure things are getting better as they adjust and learn how to work together.

Missing Thatcher It did make me a sad when I read it but my husband has gone through bootcamp and said they will all be just fine. It's part of making them "men".
I was also proud that he understands why they are so tough on them and that he knows he will be in better shape mentally and physically when finished.
And you are right from what I've also heard. Their first 2 weeks are the hardest mentally and they are over. YEAHHHH!!!
I have to tell myself that he wrote that letter a week before I received it and I'm sure that things are better by now.

That is interesting! And sad at the same time hate to hear that there morale is low but as much as I have read on the weeks of training the 1st and 2nd weeks are the worst! Week 3 - 6 is better
