Div 818 PIR 9/2

As our recruits get furthur into bootcamp I thought that maybe some of the Moms in Division 818 PIR 9/2 would like to get more specific information. I'm brand new at this but thought I'd try and maybe some more knowledgable Mom's will help us.

That is what The person I spoke to at RTC said. All of 818 is grad and go however, certain recruits status may change and therefore they may not leave right away. I think that is always a possibility. Since I have received nothing yet from my husband not even the form letter, I need all the info I can get in order to prepare our children and myself. Lydia, since my husband will be in dive prep prior to going to Panama city for dive school he will be staying in GL to train so he and all others who have a pre training program can check into the base after graduation. He can get his official orders and know his schedule, or so the lady at RTC said. Does that make sense?

818 moms I am going to wait and see what Rich says but what I am getting out of all this is even if they are staying at GL they can still be G&G which could be good for all of us. It means they will be out of BC and can get their cell phones and lap tops and possibly stay overnight with us after the move all of their belonging out of BC and into their A school immediatley following PIR.

Kelly59 CKH richsmom - it is confusing and of course news from the guys will help alot - Im just trying to find out all I can in order to prepare for my travel and also find out so I can get info to be able to go to see him off. Passes etc. I have not hear the Pre-buds training part - Ill ask JessicaB on Mom's she is a wealth of information and she suggested that 818 might indeed all be GnG. xoxo

Shan - just call the number and see what they tell you. My son and hers might be different. 847-688-2405 - see what they say. All she did was ask him div not his name - and she said yes GnG - When she said that I told her his name and she still said yes. On Saturday ... give them a call

Shannon, I am just playing that one by ear. As you know my son told us before he left that he would be staying at GL for awhile also. I am waiting til I hear directly from him before coming to any conclusions. There are 90 of them at this point so who knows just how many will be left at the end & how many will be Grad & Go. Just too early to tell I think. So don't worry & I will not worry either. : )

Lydia I did see your friend request and I'm pretty sure I answered you. I'm a little slow with the computer. Sometimes it take me a little while to figure out how to work it. By the end of BC I'll hopefully have it down.
