I haven't heard from TNM and miss her!!
Anyone heard from TNM? Haven't seen her around in a while. Just wondering.....
mariecb - the only thing I've noticed with the shingle shot is the really (really) sore arm. It's actually a little swollen at the injection site and warm to the touch. And very sore to move. They suggested ibuprofen or tylenol and we are taking it! (And to think we get to get another one in a few months!)
I didn't have any issues with the flu shot - aside from a headache on Sunday (we got the shots on Saturday). Hubby wasn't feeling well yesterday - achy, not hungry, run down. He had to work and wasn't real thrilled. This morning he's feeling a little better but still no appetite. At the end of the day I still think that's better than getting the flu!
Just keep washing your hands a lot too in order to avoid germs.......
Happy Monday! I heard the shingles shot also takes you out for about a day?!
Happy Monday! Hope everyone had a good weekend. We got our flu shot AND the shingrix. Boy the shingrix really leaves you with a sore arm lol! And we have to get another one in a few months - ugh! But I guess it's better than getting shingles!
