Choose your Username.  For the privacy and safety of you and/or your sailor, NO LAST NAMES ARE ALLOWED, even if your last name differs from that of your sailor (please make sure your URL address does not include your last name either).  Also, please do not include your email address in your user name. Go to "Settings" above to set your Username.  While there, complete your Profile so you can post and share photos and videos of your Sailor and share stories with other moms!

Make sure to read our Community Guidelines and this Navy Operations Security (OPSEC) checklist - loose lips sink ships!

Join groups!  Browse for groups for your PIR date, your sailor's occupational specialty, "A" school, assigned ship, homeport city, your own city or state, and a myriad of other interests. Jump in and introduce yourself!  Start making friends that can last a lifetime.

OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility. 

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.  

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

In the event of an emergency within the sailor’s family, where you feel the sailor must be notified and considered for Emergency Leave, you must notify the American Red Cross through the national headquarters in Washington, DC (1-877-272-7337) or via their website www.redcross.org.

Yes we do tomatoes, peppers and squash. We have to buy the spinach and kale at the vegetable store ---- kale smoothies are not my favorite I think spinach tomato onion with pepper and a small amount of apple cider vinegar. That is mostly what I like for the veggies so far

I think depression can be helped by living strong and sunlight activity I am a firm believer. I am a psychiatric nurse too so sometimes there is no getting by medication. These green smoothies rock for health tho AND you won't waste veggies. The color is yech so I shut my eyes and drink the taste is good for the veggies and great for the fruit

I just throw stuff in but to you daysleeper. I can start measuring. I did lose 6pounds tho I still have 15-20 to go I'm excited!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Daysleeper we live in Texas it is technically a " right to work " state no contracts here-- it is kicking my butt we are so busy-- no over-time here just paid time off unless declared N emergent situation. I know. I really can't wait to get my np ANYWAYS. You all I have lost 6 pounds!!!!!!!! I just started walking in the morning before work drink my smoothies I am almost manic I have so much energy. It rocks thank you all this is so much better than being blah
