I am doing the 90 Day Challenge. www.haveaball.bodybyvi.com  I have found the amount of protein in them I gain lean muscle mass, also more energy. It is so important to get all the correct nutrients in your body so it can work like it supposed to.My son drinks 2 a day also. He would do one for breakfast and one after the gym. After you workout you need it to recoup. He just left for boot camp yesterday and we were commenting the day I can send him a bag. I am getting ready to start my next 90 day challenge if anyone wants to join me. I have friends who came off the diabetes meds, and high blood pressure meds. and have lost weight.

I do not think that this rain is going to ever stop.  It has been a longer rainy season for us here on the north coast of California.  How is it in Sacramento?  I understand that Sacramento received an inch of rain yesterday. Yikes!
