I've heard of nice things like this happening for folks, but to have it happen to your own child is so heart-warming. That nice woman will forever be in my prayers.

What a wonderful show of support for our military. That lady was such an angel to your son. Thank you for sharing that.

Hi Ladies, so I did pretty good at the airport until boarding. My son is heading to his first deployment. This was the first time I saw my hubby cry, so of course, that made me cry and my son as well. We're putting the blame on hubby.

Listen to this, my son called once he got on the plane and said that he and a lady were talking a bit while in line to board, she asked him to hold her spot walked to the kiosk and came back and handed him a boarding pass. She told him she had exchanged her seat with him and he was going to be sitting in 1st Class. He was thrilled and grateful. He got a great dinner and a comfortable seat. I thought, what a nice gesture. There are such great people out there.

He called after arriving in Seattle. He was waiting at the USO for a duty driver to pick him up.

Had to share the experience.
Heading out to walk my dogs.Have a great day Ladies!
