OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

Your welcome!

My chicken pot pie is done and waiting for a hungry hubby to come eat it.

He is better off using calling cards anyway. Your son should pick some up before leaving or I'm sure the ship's store will have them available also.

Well, gotta finish up on dinner.

Got a call from my son last night, YAY!!

Oh Brenda, love the teapot & teacup graphic! The colors are pretty too! Reminds me of when my friend & I visit the tearooms in our local area. We haven't had a tea for a while now. A regular tea that is...we attend a free petite tea once a year during the holidays. It used to be held four times during the year but they had to cut back in the last couple of years.
