I ordered fins for my son from Seavenger.com last Sunday. I received them on Friday and gave them to him on Saturday (fortunatley I only live 1.5 hours from GL so I was able to see him!). He said he still needs the other stuff. Wish he would have told me and I would have ordered them all at once.
Liberty, it was loud in there and so many people! BonnieCodysMom, Lupner, dHunter, and Tenacious said they saw you but could not find you when I was looking. So bummed. Happy Birthday to your daughter. My son's birthday is on Thursday. This will be the first year that I will not give him a birthday cake. I will not be able to make it to GL this weekend.

Liberty, my son doesn't have his fins yet either,... but he was able to borrow some. Maybe they'll get them soon! Happy Birthday to your daughter!

Hi Annabel Lee,

Which division was your son in? Mine was EOD. I'm trying to find a couple of moms of my son's shipmates. Last names begin with W, E, and N.

Liberty,

I missed meeting you at PIR last weekend. I heard you were Sarge's but I somehow misdeed you. I met so many N4M but was looking forward to meeting you. I have a newspaper clipping of the picture of your son from the blood drive. It's the one with the guys holding out their arms showing off their bandages. Let me know if you want it.

I'm so glad we are able to chat with our boys now. My son seems very happy to be out of BC. How is everyone doing?

So many questions answered here! My son sounds so upbeat now... So excited for him. :) Liberty, and D-Hunter, A group of 12 went to the YMCA to practice in the pool yesterday, did your sons go?

Hope everyone is doing well. For those who are coming to the end of your journey-congratulations to you and your sailor. To those that are graduating where are they headed? To the ones that are in Spain- how are they liking it?

My son is graduating next month...then on to Georgia for jump school, somewhere else (MISSISSIPPI?) for small arms (I THINK) THEN SD, then duty station in Sept.

2navykids, they graduate EOD from Eglin in Niceville FL. They finish up training at SD and then go to their duty station
