Hi
Anyone new on here since the Follow along group on FB may make some changes?
Hello RooDog and All!
I am hoping his quarantine is completed..today is the 15th day since he arrived. I did see the "schedule" and never even thought about ROM in between as well. Makes sense just of course hard to keep up and know what stage my kid is in. He is 27 so had a full career and "life experiences" prior to deciding he wanted to follow his fathers footsteps and enlist. My ex (his father) was a Navy Diver and instructor for 17 years from 1987-2005. I do have a bit of recollection from my "Navy Diver Wife" days however; these days it is quite different...adding ROM in to the mix. Do you remember if they can make more than 1 phone call inbetween ROM and training or no calls at all during this timeframe? His Father and I are hoping he will be able to call us both..to update us.
Thanks for the warm welcome. Glad to hear your son is enjoying EOD school. Prayers for all our boys/men. and any women of course as well!!
Hello,
EOD pipeline seemed long to me and now you have to add in quarantine. Never been to Guam, mine went to Spain after school. He has been to Guam when he was on deployment prior to joining EOD and loved it. Keeping everyone in my thoughts and prayers.
