Hope everyone is doing well. For those who are coming to the end of your journey-congratulations to you and your sailor. To those that are graduating where are they headed? To the ones that are in Spain- how are they liking it?

My son is graduating next month...then on to Georgia for jump school, somewhere else (MISSISSIPPI?) for small arms (I THINK) THEN SD, then duty station in Sept.

2navykids, they graduate EOD from Eglin in Niceville FL. They finish up training at SD and then go to their duty station

We stayed at the Hampton Inn in Fort Walton Beach. It was right on the beach! Close to everything! We loved it there. Our son graduated in the winter, so we loved taking advantage of the beach. All the grad's  hung out a few beaches away from us!

All the families had dinner every night and it was such a great way to meet everyone!

My son will be graduating from EOD School on July 30 2014--where can I get info on grad events, and does the school or Navy have info on lodging etc in the area? And what is best airport to fly into (price, location).  Thanks!
