Welcome Blair and congratulations to your son. I hope he asks someone where the galley is or it could be an expensive week for him!!!

Nancy, I was watching the news this morning and they had referred to a Navy ship being available for the efforts but they never said which one. I bet your son is pretty excited about this mission - hopefully it won't get too bad but it's good to know our Navy is there and ready to help!

Marsher,
Whiskey is what I keep hearing is the abbreviation for the Wisconsin. The Barracks.

WEll, Gustav is supposed to stall over deep east tx for 4 days and rain & rain with 40-60 MPH winds. Wish I could remember what MPH winds it was that Rita was when it got here and did so much havoc. Then I'd have a comparison.

Man, traffic is so constant, I cannot get out of my driveway, LOL! So much for the super corridor for evacuating!

By the way, Mary or anyone, what is spaa?
Is that Radar 2 or doppler or something?

Jackie, on the Florida group, there are 6 or so ladies from Spring Hill that meet I think.
Millye, PM and have a great time.
Lynndear, Brenda is evacuating, we and our Navy friends in Zavalla/Woodville are preparing in case we have to, but Jorge has to actually go to Beaumont to be part of the aid. When are you leaving?

Marsher, I always get the dreaded "red shield" saying there is a problem with this website too, but I just click "Go to this website anyway - not recommended"
There's some reason for it, but I believe a Navy site would not harm my computer... (fingers crossed.)

Millye - enjoy your weekend with Claire, how wonderful for all of you that you have this weekend together.

Just want to wish everyone a happy and safe Labor Day weekend, I do hope everyone in the path of Gustva is safe in the days ahead.

Oh Marsher, you were talking about the "real" Mustin! I thought it was an article about their building! Oh well, I like Navy history and facts!

I found it - Page 5 . Home - go to Newsroom, GL Bulletin. Page 5. OK, so I'm slow...but I'm a late bloomer!

The header you can click on says,
About
Departments
relocation
recreation
newsroom
addresses
So I went to Newsroom, but don't see a current week icon. Help Me Mustin moms!
