Choose your Username.  For the privacy and safety of you and/or your sailor, NO LAST NAMES ARE ALLOWED, even if your last name differs from that of your sailor (please make sure your URL address does not include your last name either).  Also, please do not include your email address in your user name. Go to "Settings" above to set your Username.  While there, complete your Profile so you can post and share photos and videos of your Sailor and share stories with other moms!

Make sure to read our Community Guidelines and this Navy Operations Security (OPSEC) checklist - loose lips sink ships!

Join groups!  Browse for groups for your PIR date, your sailor's occupational specialty, "A" school, assigned ship, homeport city, your own city or state, and a myriad of other interests. Jump in and introduce yourself!  Start making friends that can last a lifetime.

OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility. 

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.  

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

**UPDATE 4/26/2022** Effective with the May 6, 2022 PIR 4 guests will be allowed.  Still must be fully vaccinated to attend.

**UPDATE as of 11/10/2022 PIR vaccination is no longer required.

**UPDATE 7/29/2021** You now must be fully vaccinated in order to attend PIR:

In light of observed changes and impact of the Coronavirus Delta Variant and out of an abundance of caution for our recruits, Sailors, staff, and guests, Recruit Training Command is restricting Pass-in-Review (recruit graduation) to ONLY fully immunized guests (14-days post final COVID vaccination dose).

She also told me that day that if she failed PFA she'll be ITd and there's a risk to be re injured... I hope she's ok!

I spoke with a female... I spoke with my sis on sunday she told me that she's in FIT and will be doing PFA monday then BS that night if she passed the run...since we did not get a call on tuesday... :(

Parothgal- i called public affairs, i was told that they dont give out status of SRs :( and they dont give out info where they are right now. The lady on the other line told me the an SR will call if they pass their run :(

Angel...  Hang in there she is gonna make it!!!!!!  Seems like therer is always a reason they fall behind in a run,  and they overcome it!  God has her!!!  Remember you CAN call the RTC to check on her status!  They will tell you right where she is at.

Well heck I'm proud of her for that starement...that is very mature of her!  I know truly know that there is always a reason for the trials we face...but sometimes I can't wait till I get to heaven so I can ask WHY...lol  Sandy it about killed me to and I have never seen the girl! lol

See you should have hung around.  I started a group for the mom's of people like Grace that went to ship 4 with minor injuries because I coud not find info!  It's so good to be able to help someone else.  I love N4M!!!

No news and still waiting to hear from my daughter tomorrow will be two weeks

hope she passed today lots of Prayers.....
