ProudMom7897 It's going to be alright. Even if he doesn't get to Battlestations this week it will still be alright. In everything, God has a plan. There may be someone he's supposed to meet or some situation he is supposed to avoid. As far as Step Dad goes, pray for him as well and don't bring Up the conversation in front of him. If you need to cry, go into another room and don't cry in front of him. Keep your chin up. Your boy is tough and so are you! When you look back these are little bumps in the road. Trust God to straighten your sons path. God bless!

My son just called. He did fail PFA and as of right now will not be graduating on Friday. Gets to retake on Wednesday but some question about whether he would be able to do Battle Stations that night even if he does pass Wednesday.  Actually failed run by 2 minutes on Wednesday last week and retook today and failed by 10 seconds. I am devastated right now and my husband (son''s stepdad) is being a total jerk about it.

My SR will retake again Wednesday.  So we won't see her this weekend.

darcy4navy.... Good luck to your son! I know first hand how nerve wracking it is to wait for the call. He will get there and it will get better.
