she'll make it. many kids are here for 3+ weeks before they get their 10 tries in. the treadmill training helps a lot. every try she will improve. some runs won't count as ppl occasionally stop it for a safety reason. when that happens all running stops and no runs count for that day. they call every other week if everyone is behaving. they also call after they pass, and again after bs. hang in there!

Would anyone know what time of the day/timezone the SR's get to call home when they do pass the PFA or is this just one of those whenever they get permission type things?

Her name is Vanessa and yesterday would have been her 5th attempt, so I have to assume that it did not go as she had planned.  They put her on a specialized program called FAP which has her running on a tread mill at 7mph at a 15% resistance for 15 minutes, daily I think.  She told us on Sunday, when she called, that she was at 16:30 and getting faster with each run.  She also said that she can now run the entire 15 minutes without walking and that was very encouraging news.  My wife and I's faith has surely been tested during these past couple of months, but my faith is strong that it is just a matter of time now.  Thank you both for chiming in on my post.  If at all possible, please keep her in your thoughts and prayers.

It seems like they go for days with no one passing then several of them hit their stride and a group passes. How long has he been in FIT?

It will get better, I know I've been there. It took Alex a month to get through it and he is a better person knowing that he did it on his own.

Would love to know about today's PFA for the FIT SR's.  Have they been able to make calls home yet?  We are waiting and have been praying.

I was going to fly up this weekend, but he said to wait until he gets his first regular liberty weekend. I told him fine, but I hope it happens before it snows. I don't know how to drive in snow.
