Everyday I check my sons checking account for activity.. Everyday I check his myspace and email for activity... I went 2 weeks without talking to him and it was killing me

I remember that. I put a tracker on my myspace and would celebrate when it said "Bagdad"...or some place over there, because I knew he was checking my myspace. That's when I started putting so many pictures in there, of the dogs and the yard...

I know exactly what you're saying about the MJ mess...while this kid was first kidnapped. Who released this video? and you know, they have had to be contacted the family of this young man...they have had plenty of time.

I wish we could do something for her, besides prayer. The article said the video cuts in and out, they must be telling him what to say, I hope he follows directions and hangs tight until he's rescued.

Karen I was so upset at the coverage of Michael Jacksons death and this got pushed by the way side as if the death of someone abusing drugs was far more important than a soldier who had been kidnapped.. I have been looking everyday for some news on this young man... My husband tries to shield me from stuff but I dont want to be shielded I want to know whats going on.. my heart breaks for his family the anguish has to be unbearable...

Everyday I check my sons checking account for activity.. Everyday I check his myspace and email for activity... I went 2 weeks without talking to him and it was killing me.. That young mans poor mom.. I wish I could be there with her right now....

I support gay/lesbian marriage...the argument that it will destroy the institution of marriage is absolute rubbish.. heterosexuals have done that already.... "the prusuit of happiness" is for all not just heterosexuals...

Captured Soldier in Afghanistan

They said they were not identifying him because of his family, but if that family has any news at all coming into their home, and we all know families of deployed military watch the news!...they will see this.

His poor mom.

I always look at that argument that gays/lesbians "choose" to have sex with the same sex and wonder,...why on earth would anyone purposely set themselves up for all the hate and bias directed at them for simply being who they are if they had a choice about the matter? Seems like if it was a "choice" they'd find something else to do with their time.

Curioust to know if only gays and lesbians support gay marriage, or the rights of gays and lesbians in general. If one supports this section of our US population, do you think the reasonable thing to believe about that person is that person is gay or lesbian? Or would/could hetrosexuals support this issue?

If I say here right now, that I support gays and lesbians in their fight for equality, will you "naturally" assume I am gay or lesbian? Would a comment like "if it walks like a duck, quacks like duck ...etc" be warranted to reference me as a gay or lesbian...again, only because I am vocal about my support of this issue?
