Pam, My son has been in for about a year and a half. April next year wwill be two years. He is an intelligent specialist. You missing your son and wanting him to be in the states is not selfish, it is just being a mom. I have two sons, both are in the navt=y. My oldest son is an officer and currently out on deployment for 7 months. He is on a submarine. I miss them both terribly. I am a stay at home mom due to disability, so I have way to much time on my hands. I am a grandmother of 3 girls that all live in New York.

Hi ladyayp!  I work as a secretary for a law firm downtown.  How long has your son been in the Navy?  What's his rate?  I hope at the end of my son's tour in Italy he can get stationed in the States.  Totally selfish of me, I know!  LOL.  But, he's my oldest and I miss him like crazy.

Hi chinadoll and welcome.  I live in Conyers, but work in Atlanta.  My son has been in the Navy for a year and a half and is currently a Corpsman stationed in Italy.  Let us know if you have any questions!
