OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

Hello all....Sorry I haven't been too active in awhile...just been terribly busy.

Grandmaw09...WELCOME to our group of special grandmothers, and congratulations on your grandson's PIR on November 20. You will enjoy it immensely I am sure. Be very safe in your travels to GL. What is your grandson going to be in the Navy? My grandson is a GM and is on hold awaiting his final orders for C School. We are hopeful he will get San Diego as we are from California.

Take care everyone and have a blessed weekend!!!
