Welcome momofthree!!!! I'm not sure what exactly you mean but if you are referring to 66-2, yes. 66-1 has finished BCT and will join with 66-2 once they have finished BCT. I hope everyone has heard from there sailors and everyone is doing well. As of yesterday there were 7 DORs, so prafy for those guys and the next mission they will go on to in their Navy careers!!! I hope you all have a great weekend!!! Hooyah!

My son arrived in SD last Friday and is loving it!! He was reunited with his friends in the BUD's class 284 and has been informed that he will be in class 67-1. Is there anyone else on this site with a son who will be in that class?

Hi Ladies. A very emotional day for me. Thinking of the guys Classing up and also took my daughter to the airport to go to Australia (9 days) then to Hawaii for 4. Man these kids grow up fast. Tennismom. My son said to tell you sorry he did not meet up with you while you were out there. Maybe next time. Pam. hang in there. I used to be bummed that my son was inthe DE program for so long. Looking back, I am very happy about the wait.....because I get to share this experience with all of you. THANKS. GO BOYS GO.

Hey Ladies!!!! SWCC class 66-2 classed up!!!! Yea!!!! I know you are all excited as am I. Talked with my son last night and he told me-hey if I don't call it means I'm still hanging in there!!! so I guess we will see. Tennismom-I'm so glad your son got to class up with us!! And I'm glad but jealous that you got to go out there!!! lol!!! I heard it is so beautiful! Anotherproudmom-there is no "formal" graduation ceremony, but parents do go. At one of the last ones, the guys had just literally finished "hell week" and they stood on the beach in their dirty clothes and got pinned! But some parents do go. If my son makes it I can assure you I am going!!! lol!! If everything stays on schedule as of right now they will finish in mid-December, but that is highly subject to change. BCT ends August 23rd and the rest will depend on whether they go immediately into CQT. Best bet is we will know more after BCT ends on aug. 23rd. I hope everyone will keep us posted on any progress/stories you hear. Congratulations to everyone! We begin again....
