OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

The Sun is shining brightly
The Sky is so Blue
The Wind is blowing through the chimes gently
to play a soft tune.

It makes me stop to think
Just how lucky I am
To have such wonderful friends
in each of You :)

Sue Youu are so right this is what we all need to do if we are able. I am so proud of the town of Weston, Mo. I wish there were more towns like this and they deserve a great graditute from all military families.

We are glad to have zach'smom with us on the Illinois page!

T-Lynn, I'll see if I can look up the video honoring our fallen trooper. The protesters could not get close, as so many people showed up to honor our fallen trooper.

Anchor, to to "view all" under our Illinois members, It will pull up the members and where they are from. Look for those close to you!
