Yeah to all that have advanced! Way to go sailors and moms!!!! My son just got 3 new ribbons on his stack and I am very proud of him. Hey Sanmor I now understand and got all 3 ribbons known. He got his sharpshooter rifle ribbon, His national service ribbon and his war against terrorism ribbon. Proud of my son for this accomplishment.

Greenoak -- enjoy your visit from your daughter. Those few days will fly, but they will be so special. Take them when you can get them.

Donna, thinking of you and the impending sailor invasion. What a blast you will have with a houseful of those fine young men!

Happy Thanksgiving to all!

Thanksgiving Volunteers! Fire damage at VFW not completed so location is moved to American Legion, 310 W. Butterfield, Elmhurst 60126.

Recruits arrive at 9AM and dinner served at 1PM. Be sure to mention at sign-in that you are with Molly's Adopt A Sailor.

I want to extend an invitation to all Illinois Navy moms to come to the Molly's packing party next Sunday at noon.  It's in Davenport, Iowa, because the Legion there helps us out.  Come meet some other Navy moms!

Awesome picture Carol. We went to applebees, this is the first time my sailor son has been home on one of those days, so was nice for him and his Dad (retired navy) could enjoy their free meal together :-)
