LOL sounds like you're getting a little excited there Becky!!! so happy for you that she's coming home to have the baby.............we really need to get together soon......already getting busy for the holidays and with Amanda coming home and Chris' homecoming......things are getting exciting here in North East Indiana!!!! LOL
marine_navy mom,
Congratulations to the young couple! Wow! 2 sailors and a marine in one family, no stress there. :) If I'm not mistaken there's a retired cop in the mix also!
Janeen! Congratulations! Was this sudden? I don't remember if you told me she was engaged (but, there are so MANY things I don't remember!) Best wishes to the happy couple... Hugs, k.
LMAO......well congrats!!!
Oh man, hope nothing to serious.....I know, surgery is serious but I think you know what I mean lol
marine navy mom, mine passed, just wasn't advanced......both of ours will get it in March!!!!
CeeCee... my son's good friend finally passed the 1st class exam on his SIXTH try! Passing has alot to do with the quality of his command, the variety of experience he's participated in, and the intensity of his on-board training. Like Pat said, remain upbeat, tell him you know he'll get it eventually, and ask him what he thinks he'll need to know next time. Don't let him get discouraged! Hugs, k.
Encourage him! This round only had about 20% promotion rate. In some rates there were not many that made it. Encourage him to begin his study now for the next round of tests.
:-( mine didn't make it :-(
