Choose your Username.  For the privacy and safety of you and/or your sailor, NO LAST NAMES ARE ALLOWED, even if your last name differs from that of your sailor (please make sure your URL address does not include your last name either).  Also, please do not include your email address in your user name. Go to "Settings" above to set your Username.  While there, complete your Profile so you can post and share photos and videos of your Sailor and share stories with other moms!

Make sure to read our Community Guidelines and this Navy Operations Security (OPSEC) checklist - loose lips sink ships!

Join groups!  Browse for groups for your PIR date, your sailor's occupational specialty, "A" school, assigned ship, homeport city, your own city or state, and a myriad of other interests. Jump in and introduce yourself!  Start making friends that can last a lifetime.

OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility. 

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.  

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

Good morning everyone! New to this group , but so excited! I will definitly be at the lunch on July 14th... I have 2 in right now. Both are still in school in Pensacola , FL , but my son graduates 6/29 and just got his orders. He is stationed in San Diego ,CA on the USS GARY FFG 51. So excited to see him again!

Darsete I would love more info about the banner program.

So today my daughter got married and while I was so happy for her and everything went smooth. I was so sad my son couldn't come. He is across the Country. We skyped during the cermony so he could see but it wasn't the same. It was a good day but a hard one.So hard to have such a important person in our family missing at important times. Just needed to share with others who would understand.

 Hello My son is in Stationed in Norfolk Va he is a Yeoman and works in Admin office of  a Admiral. He has been in for a Year.. The year has gone by both slow and fast. I miss him but he is doing well and likes his job.I would like to attend the lunch as well it would be nice to meet NAVY Moms so close to home. I already have plams to be out of town that weekend. If my plans change I will let you know. Otherwise let me know if you get together on another day.
