LMD Iowa, I loss my sister just 2 months after my brother passed away it has been very hard some days.  My sisters birthday is coming so I know that day will be hard.  My daughter is on her 2nd deployment now not sure where though.  Her brother just started college so with all the kids out of the house now I am missing them like crazy and since my husband could care less about my feelings I am struggling alone.  I hate this empty nest thing.   I know I must let them go and soar and start a new adventure in their life but hate it all the same.  I continue to have medical problems which doesn't help either.    Well better get busy need to take some more meds and get my feet up while I am writing out the checks for the bills, another thing I hate.  Have a good weekend.
