My son left on the 21st also he is training for OS I called and got his address from his recruiter so I am writing him today so maybe he will get the letter next Sunday at mail call. How are you doing with all this ? I find that the strangest things make me cry and have not been able to put away any of his things yet. I am in Texas are you close to boot camp?
Well dont stop calling them untill they get it. It took me 3 days to get Wills and the recruiters can go online and get the info as soon as they are processed You just have to show no mercy and keep on them. I want my son to have letters this Sunday at mail call. It will be a surprise because he had no idea I would be able to get his add so fast.
Oh I wont...I will be following up again tomorrow. I have already wrote him letters and am waiting to send. Also, I had a going away party for him and bought tons of little cards for everyone that attended to write a note to him and put their return address and place them in a box. I will be mailing a few each day as soon as i get his address...GOSH.. i hope he is not going to have to do sit ups or anything like that..LOL.. I have over 40 letters from the party... OOOPS talk about tough love...
