Morning everyone! I read in the manual for families that it could take the first couple of weeks for our recruits to get our letters...due to being transferred to another ship. I see some have to get their wisdom teeth out... will probably be the same with my daughter... all 4 will have to go.. no room in her mouth to keep them and she's 3 yrs behind in dental growth. I received the box..but no form letter. I see some have left the same time with a PIR of 3/19... so I'm just going to have to wait for news. First letter to her just keeps growing....hope to receive her address soon!

I remember in the DEPPER handbook it said that religious metals were permitted. I would just made sure it fit into an envelope! A school something like that would probably be ok. Thats just my rookie input.

Oh boy, my son had nooo clue that he would have to have them out!! I cannot wait to hear how he tells the story of finding out haha! The mom in me also feels sad that I'm not there to take care of him!

I have a question! I have been coming across alot of mom talking about their kids having their wisdom teeth taken out. Is this something they automatically do if they have not have them out, or only if there is a problem?

Navy diver wife ship04 div805, I bet that made you happy getting 4 letters from your hubby. Sorry to hear about his allergic reaction. I hope he is okay.

I still haven't gotten a letter from my son yet. I am getting very anxious.
