Hi

It is raining here and a grayish over cast sky.  But hubby is out at his gun club - practicing shooting.

Gee- we have Wild Ladies here - dancing on bars and poles - just feel the energy !

Sorry about the your pet Robin.  Hugs

Elaine - what a wonderful surprise you received from you son.  Makes your heart just leap for joy - thanks for sharing.

And Ang - your must still be on cloud nine from that phone call.

I just got off the phone with my sailor. He is enjoying his new training . Says his days are just full of learning and looking forward to more.  And that he is now seeing an old girlfriend again.  That they are older now - and they are sweet on each other.   So I am in the GF boat with you.

Need to get - coupons to go through.  No , I am not turning into a Coupon Queen and stealing other neighbors newspapers - but I have been making a nice dent in the bill at the register.

Wish all a good day  hugs

Robin....I am so sorry about your furbaby. I have a 14yr old aussie who is getting slower. Some days he is still pup like and other days his eyes are soooo sad.I pray he goes in his sleep.

I'm checking in. Sailor just left on deployment out of San Diego. I don't have a sailor in Japan but like to come here to see what your sailor's are up to and doing.

UPS delivered a box on Friday. I was not expecting anything but the return address was San Diego. Inside was a certificate describing all I had done as his mom. I have many Honorary Degrees now!!!! A small card signed by him with "I Love You".  A burgundy box with the most beautiful necklace with "To Mom With Love" on the back. Cue the tears, I really need to buy stock in Kleenex. My son is not the best at showing emotion and it is just like him to send me this wonderful gift and me not be able to call and cry in his ear. Emails only for a while. Maybe I will hear his voice again in a couple of months.

To all-prayers for all that you are going through. No one but another Navy mom can understand what we go through with our kids. No communication, smart remarks, when they need a hug we are too far away. We and they somehow make it through and all is right again. Til the next time, haha. Be strong, we are here to listen.

It has been too long again.. It seems time gets away from me. My life is crazy. Between my daughter not being well, taking care of 2yr old Grandson that is my world.taking care of Mom 24/7 and hubby working out of state (construction) Feeding the wood stove and everyone else. On top of that power goes out, havent heard my Sailors voice since he got to Japan but he did message me once..Im not complaining I just remembered the good ole days when my guys were home to help with things. Things like finding the generator in the dark or lighting a fire in minutes ...okay Im done with myself pity...  On a good note looks like the snow has melted away. I wish my Son would send me address to send him something, I keep asking and all I get is Im okay and there really is no room.He is 19 and before Navy he used to work at cow farm. He would call and say Mom please bring food or would you go to store, and now I cant even send him a card. Hugs to all of you I just hope I can get through Christmas without tears streaming down my face,,,I want a Happy day for Grandson. Night All

I have one of me pole dancing with Naughty Miss Santa too.  And one from Coyote Ugly.  We are hoping to go to Santa Rampage in Vegas this year too, but don't know Larry's schedule.   (December 9th, Fremont St. 7 PM, hop on a plane, but you have to have a Santa suit of some kind).

Comment by Anti M on December 3, 2011 at 8:03pm

T, that is his idea of having fun, power tools and chainsaws.

Here I am, dancing on a bar in Vegas...

HI

I am feeling achy now. So glad that my hugs are long distance - that way no one here can catch "what ever " I have.

BADma - sounds like you got things moving along again.  Just remember - KEEP sharing here. WE are the Safety Valve of emotions here.

Robin - sorry about your kitty. I have not a clue what to say to help your heart. Big ?Cyber hug though

So you hubby Anti M - is going to help out a neighbor.  Wow - why is it that on his days off - he is busy helping others?  I don't mean to sound silly - but i would like to see him have some fun time.

ok - any on heard from Mar?

Getting off now - I am feeling - as my doctor said to me

itch.  Sweet Dreams all
