Anti M, sorry to hear about the "purse", hope all is smooth sailing from here

Comment by Anti M on May 3, 2016 at 12:30pm

Thank you everyone.  I had an infection, so they cleaned it out and put in a wound vac ... basically a vacuum sealed bandage.  I get to carry around a little "purse" with a vacuum pump attached into my side, and have a visit from a home nurse every three days.  One day and I am already tired of my little constant companion.  Should be about a month.

We had a bad windstorm while I was in the hospital, wow.  Winds up to 90 mph. Lots of power outages, and hundreds of down trees.  I lost my pretty little garden arch to a falling branch.  Our neighbors to the back and west had their trampoline fly over the house and onto a car.  But our neighbors directly to the north had their trampoline blow over the fence ... into the yard of the neighbors whose trampoline went flying.  LOL.  Our south neighbors lost their shed and the entire power meter off the side of the house!!  East neighbor got a crunched car trunk.  But our beautiful new roof and gutters held up perfectly.  We got very lucky.

HI

Glad to  hear you are home Anti M.  Now I hope you are resting.

Kim - how you doing? So good to see you post. How perfect of an award to give Maggs. So your toes are all ok? What is grandson up too? How many teeth does he have? Is he sleeping through the night? And if so, share the secret!

Om Maggs - now it not true I like your stories - I LOVE your stories. Just had to get that out there. And Ladies - she has had great one!  Usually she gives a pee alert though! Hey , I got caught off guard. I was laughing so hard, my hubby came over to see what was so funny. I just told him you were story telling again. He said - oh, Navy moms. And yes, i had to run to the bathroom before finishing. haha Maggs I have to agree with Blondie - so perfect an award. And you so earned ti too.  But you forgot part of the healing now - you need to paint your toe nails - or is that just for broken toes - bonded up with black electrical tape?  And sailors with their bikes are all the same - check the bike first before mom! My sailor has one and he babys it. But honestly - I am sorry you hurt so and hope healing is going well. Reiki coming.

Blondie - I was hoping you would have a restful time with Blondie Jr and all. Well, at lest you had fun. If we all ever get together , I am going to have four sexy guys carrying you around in a sedan chair. ( Maggs - will get one for you too, but the guys will be in kilts )

Well, need to get - it is late. Today was oldest birthday - he turned 36. He only asked for a homemade strawberry cake.  I had to make it and eat at least two pieces.

Wish all sweet dreams  hugs

Oh glad you have an address/ po box for sailor and was able to send a package.  :).
