I know! But I would love if it all worked out like that. I'm nervous to move and it'd be awesome if you were there

hahaha. Amanda, looks like we're in this together again. :)
It's nice having someone who knows what's going on in my world. :)
At this rate Jacob and Aaron will be getting orders together, and we'll be next door neighbors! That's so crazy to think about..

Hello everyone : ) I'm new to this group. My son is supposed to start A school at Goose Creek after his PIR on 10/29. Does anyone know when A school starts after that date? From what I understand a new class starts every few months. Is that correct?

Anyone else's sailor have A school comps on 9/28? When I talked to my sailor (MM) this weekend he said that he passsed his PFA on 9/16, has a test on 9/24, then comps on 9/28, graduation 10/1. He's in class 1039-A.

I just got back from a Power School graduation. Sept 3rd. There are no tickets as it is an outdoor program. If it rains they move into a small area indoors and then only two people can attend. At our graduation there were many, many empty seats and anyone could attend. The gate gaurd just wavied us in and told us where to go to find the parking lot. He did look at the drivers licence of our driver but we held it up for him and he just looked at it and handed it back. It's not like PIR where the security is tight. As have been advised by another who works at NNPTC, if there is any threat or something this could change but as of now and for the last year I've been on this site no problem with number of guests. My son did sign a guest sheet they were passing around but it was just so they had an idea about how many might be attending.
