Hello
We look forward to hearing about your sailors journey. How he/she likes being an MAA (MA) and which kind of job they are doing and how you are doing knowing what your sailor does for a living.
NOTE: Please help keep our sailors safe. Don't give out exact locations.Example: If he/she is in Iraq you can say Iraq but I would not say the name of the camp or a town near the camp. If they are on a ship don't give the last known location. Although some of that is public we don't in anyway want to jeopardize them.

Hello,,, my son will be going to San Antonio around April 22  for MAA  hes been in Pensacola since Jan 7th...he was suppose to be in  Avation Electronics or some such thing but had  a rough time since it involved Math and that  is NOT one of his strong points. so he changed to MAA which i think he will be much happier with. When he enlisted he took what they had to offer.  SO ladies spill your guts and let me know all there is to know!!!   thanks  :)

WARNING: gushing, besotted mom posting.

Morning!

A young lady, I guess in MWD school with Chris, has posted pics &, lucky for us, "tagged" him on FB! I threw a couple of them onto N4Ms Bahrain Moms & a bunch into my page's photo albums. (Still getting the hang of doing that!) That smile of his lit up our house, he just looks soooo happy. Proves he's right where he should be. Made our evening.

Susan thank you so much.  Hugs to you.  Will keep your son in prayer everyday, I pray for all our troops, they are "our" children.  I also have a son who has been in the AF for just over a year and loves it.  I know what a roller coaster ride it is and I am truely blessed for the wingsisters that I have met.  The Navy is a whole new ball game & I have found the Navy moms to be so genuinely caring and supportive.  I too am on fb, if you would like to have contact there please let me know, until I get this site down I am much more comfortable there, I have my security settings just where I want them, hugs again and God Bless your son & God Bless America.

Vamom, mine has been a MA for almost five years.  He went to A school in Damn Neck, Virginia!  He got stationed in Portsmouth.  He is also part of a MSRON.  He is currently on his fourth (and last) deployment!  He has spent lots of time in Spain, Italy, the Persian Gulf area - all over the place!  WELCOME!!

PS - I live in Texas, so any state specific questions - please feel free to ask!
