Hi Cathie...over in Camden here, You will grow to LOVE the N4M as it is how you will get the accurate info you need. My son is in CA at Camp Pendleton and has been in for 1 1/2 years and is thriving! He loves it. Boot Camp was much harder on me than him. Who was your recruiter? Ours was great once we got rid of the bad one. Let me know if I can help.

Hi Maine iac moms!  My son just left for boot camp on Monday this week.  We live in the Lewiston area.  He was on the flight by himself with no other recruits leaving from Maine at the same time.  He made it ok.  I didnt recieve the "I'm here and safe call until 3am EST. I am really beginning to appreciate N4M's more and more.  Hope you are all well and your sailors are doing great!

We just moved back to Gorham, Maine about 2 months ago and our son is a Navy Nuke sailor in Goose Creek, SC.  I am going to his power school graduation next month.  Any other Nuke Sailor moms here?  We had been living in Danville, California (east bay san francisco) and decided to move back just in time for the cold weather.  Still trying to get used to the sub zero temps!

My son is deployed on the USS Carl Vinson. Any Moms live in the Gardiner area and want to get together for lunch?
