Maryland Navy Moms...here or on FB?  too many places.   I have been on here for gosh going on 3 years.  Time flys!  I remember my son getting on the bus on Valentines day crying my eyes out.  He is so independant now.  I miss him being around but am busting with pride at what he does everyday.

Been looking for the perfect house approx a year now.  Want some property and a big garage for the Boss.   We have heat thank goodness.  I do miss the electric when it is gone lol.

Hi Joanne B! As of now, I haven't heard back from the other Navy mom's I mentioned. I'll let you know tomorrow if that changes.Hopefully the snow we're expecting Saturday will only be a dusting. Sigh....

Lori - You are too, funny. Crofton is in Anne Arundel county. Not too far from Annapolis and Bowie. My friend in Sterling, VA would have about an hour drive. It's not that bad...provided there's no back up on I-66 or I-495. :-)

Has anyone gotten their little movie on facebook lately?  I got mine and my Navy son is all over it.  My other two children think he was an only child. LOL  Check it out if you have a facebook account-it was a nice thing.

Grrrrrrrrr have I mentioned I hate Ice Storms??  Still no power at my house.  Hope everyone else is doing ok.

Joanne,

Because of this stupid ice storm I was forced to move an appointment to see a house to Saturday and there is not enough time to get from lunch to the showing.  Very disappointed Momma here.  I was sooo looking forward to lunch with other area moms.  Please keep me on the list for the next one-hopefully it won't be too far in the distant future.

Have you all thought about a packing party?  If anyone does one I would love to participate.  Put me on that list as well!
Thanks for being a leader among women!  (I often have that job.  While rewarding also can be a big pain at times)

Colleen- bite your tongue! Do not even think about snow. If anyone knows any good anti- snow dances I'm willing to participate!

I'm going to be there Joanne!
