DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

Hello MA Navy Moms! Sorry I haven't been on for a while. We moved (to Plainville), then I had to have surgery - quickly, and of course there's my Dad. For all of you praying for him (and us) - thank you. He is failing slowly, but it is happening. He is sleeping/resting more; is more quiet, thoughtful, reflective; and, unfortunately having more pain. I am finally coming to terms with the need for hospice and been able to pray that the end comes quickly before he has much more pain. Thank you all for your support.

pp38coco-that is awesome Bangor,Washington!!

Sandy I did spend time with him before he left, I still can't believe how he seem so much taller. I heard it's attributed to the newly gained confidence and standing up straight, what a difference. Totally proud and excited to meet so many wonderful people on this site. You all are truly the best!
