Kim, I stayed off 131 and took the backroads in. Still a little scarey and longer, but I didn't want to drive with some of those idiots. The Belmont area is like the Twilight Zone.
Ditch Partie--so funny. Yes, I will skip that party too. Stay safe. The wind is really bad here.
My boss stayed at her sisters house last night closer to the office and told me to call this am to see if I needed to come in .... Thankfully she told me to go back to bed!
I think I will skip that party!!!!
I feel sorry for you guys south and east of GR. We are only supposed to get 2-3". Have I mentioned lately how much I hate winter?
Lorraine, where are you?
Yea Connie!
Okie dokie Kathy! Let's see, right out of your driveway, left onto VanDyke, sprint down to 12 Mile, right onto 12 Mile, stop for a Big Mac at the McD's past Mound, walk back to VanDyke to let it settle, turn left and a slow jog back to your house. How's that?!
I knew I wasn't crazy seeing green poking out of the ground in the uncovered part of the garden. Just a couple of sprigs but i'll take it! Yes it is true Colleen has been zipping around Meijers. Nice and safe from the snow, slush and ice. Thanks for the Kleenex I think I used most of them. I'll get the next box for everyone. Let me know when you need them:). Dune had a pretty good Birthday and found out he has been in and out of the country a few times since being home from his long deployment. where to? who knows, he is very hush hush also. Have a great week and think warm thoughts everyone
Yep, Lori, you read that right. I'm just this side of crazy! Ask Dunesmom. I had to do something, this weather the past couple of months has not been good for jogging outdoors. The older I get, the more afraid I am of falling down and breaking something. There are no malls around here, so until this crap snow & ice melts, Meijer it is!
