VERY cool day today ... started watching divisions march to the chapel, stopping only for colors at 8AM sharp.  Incredibly moving to watch colors fly over RTC while the National Anthem played and all else was still.  Then, when we arrived to drop her off it was evening colors.  When she heard it, she hustled to the back of the van, snapped to attention and stood at a salute ... I couldn't stop staring at her.  SO PROUD OF MY SAILOR!

Nope ... I meant back in the hotel room ... :-)  Still here --- leaving on Monday.  Any word from your SR yet, Ellen?  I asked my daughter to ask and see if they could find her and give her a phone call home ...

Lauritz, I am so glad for the good news.  Are you doing better now that he is on the mend?   Yes, I do hope that you can get together with us one of these times.

tls, Yeah, Yeah, Yeah!!!  It is hard to put into words, but such a wonderful experience.  Glad you had a safe trip.

Back from PIR ... wow ... yup, that's about it.  It was awesome, amazing and incredible, and I did NOT cry ... much :-)

Or....you could set one up!  We really don't have any one person that sets up the get togethers, sorta who ever wants to make the arrangements. You know place and time along with a date.  Not too much to it!

Now for Nathan....what wonderful news. I am sure that he will be making a full recovery very soon.
