OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

I'm so happy for you, JJ. It's great that you get to see the family.
Time will fly!!!

Time for some good news: Made reservations for a flight to Virginia to see Eric Robert in between his time out to sea!! I can't wait to see him! We will be arriving on his birthday! We are not thinking about his deployment again, for the 12th time. It will be great to see Baby Kate again, although we will miss her 3rd birthday, but only by a week. Time will just fly by, I know.
In just a few weeks will be the October Luncheon. I can't wait. Should be an interesting get together!

OMG....I hope that the authorities will be able to catch the person or persons that did this. I will send special prayers! I am so very sorry to hear the news.

I'll look for it tomorrow, JJ. Maybe it is just too tired. Have a good night.

The second surgery went well. Doc said eye was doing well. Can't wait for 2 more weeks to get a new glasses prescription.
Don't forget to greet Eric for us, too. :)
