OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

What a horrible thing to happen! My prayers are with the family at this time of such deep sorrow.

Someone in my Enterprise group posted it also. Tragic. He was killed by a drunk driver.

It's great that all 3 can be here together, even for a short time.

Lauritz, your family is in my prayer, also. I wish that I could come on the 15th, but we have previous plans. Please keep us informed and use us to vent on.
Will they all be home at the same time, so you can enjoy?

Please do keep us informed, MB. I'm sorry that you can't be there on the 8th, but we are here to help you.

Robin, did you go yesterday?
Comment by carol on April 20, 2010 at 8:40pm
I'm thinking about it. I really am not sure that I can make it. I have an appointment at 4:30 and at 7. I will let you know tonight, Robin, if I can make it work. Are you going to go?

What time is the visitation?
JJ, I do not like flying at all, even though I have had to do it. I just want my husband there to hold on to.
Safe travels.
