OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

I think that they are really good about having us there as well......can you believe that I NOW get my computer to say..."I have mail " when someone replies to this sight!!! I don't get it.

Takes me forever!

That's ok, JJ. My phone froze up yesterday, about an hour before I was to take my son to lunch and then to the airport. If they can't do anything with it this weekend, when I can go to the store, I will have lost all my contact numbers and text pics of my grandkids :(

I thought the speakers were good, but I wish they hadn't had both of them on the same night.

My vote is for Buffalo Wild Wings. They are very accommodating.

Looks as though May 8th will be a good time to get together. Who's setting it up and where are we going? Anyplace where there is food will work for me.

I sent Julie a message earlier when I couldn't even get this thing to allow me to :make a comment". She was the only one I could send anything to. So she might be sending you all a message from me later on. On top of that, as far as I can tell when I click on "FOLLOW" it will send me an email when someone comments. Well, I had it clicked and I never get anything. So I am going to click it again to "STOP FOLLOWING" and then see what happens.

This is getting to be sorta like TEXTING...that doesn't work either!!

JJ, it was good to see you tonight. So sorry I left early, before the treats. I really had to get home. Did I miss anything?
