My meeting got canceled but I have a bad headache. We'll see, maybe if it lets up I'll come.
I had to reflect a bit when I read the posting. I know for a fact that I cold pick out my son, even if I was blindfolded.
I just looked at my schedule and discovered that I can not be two places at the same time on Saturday! I will have to cancel in trip to Edina to have lunch with the Navy Moms. I had thought that it was at 1:00 NOT at 3:00. There is no way I can be in Elk River by 4:00 if I attend the luncheon. Sorry.
MidwestNavyMom, that is an awesome way to start the day. I saw a photo after our sailor after his reenlistment half a world away, only it was the back of him sitting in the captains chair watching planes take off and land. Funny how a mom just knows the back of her kids head and shoulders.
Saw our son on his squadron's facebook page getting an award and then another post with pictures of his re-enlistment. Loved seeing pictures of him half a world away first thing this morning!!
Good morning to all the MINNESOTA Navy Moms.
This Saturday May 16 you are all invited to Pinstripes in Edina at 3pm. Would love to see you.
Future dates are

Times and locations to be announced. I try to move it around from N, S E and W, to allow everyone to be able to come.
Thanks and look forward to seeing you all soon.
Dang! The FB people scheduled on on Saturday in Edina and I was thinking of attending that one. Maybe next month, if someone (?) posts one on the north side.
Hope your birthday was as nice as mine was!!
Thanks for the birthday wish JJ! I'd be up for getting together Saturday. I have a meeting until noon'ish but could meet for lunch after that if anyone is interested.
Believing all you Minnesota Moms had a very Happy Mothers Day. My sailor called with his special Moms day greeting at 7am. One happy mom here!
Happy Mothers day to all.
