It has been awhile since I have been on here.  How often do you ladies get together?  Is there a regular group that gets together?  I would love to meet some other others with husbands and kids in the Navy.

My son is half way through deployment and it seems like a long time since I have seen him.  I did find out that the care package from Bloomington came from a group sending to the Gulf region.

Sorry I missed lunch.  From now until September, we spend most weekends up here so it might be awhile before I can get to a lunch.

Ladies, I really had a great time today.  Thanks for the conversation and the laughs and the gifts.  Hope you had as much fun as I did.  Have a great rest of the weekend.

We are going up to the lake for the weekend, so I won't be able to make the lunch on Saturday.  We have to get stuff ready to put the boats in the water next weekend.

"Everybody's Birthday" is just a few days away!  I hope that those that haven't got other plans for that day can join the rest of us. I have my exchange gift all wrapped and ready to go. Please see the above Get together date of April 21st for details.

See you there!

The 21st I am scheduled to be in Morton with my Sun Catchers. they have an event  they call Garden Party.  As a vendor I expect to demonstrate how I make the sun catchers, and I will have the new Mother's Love for sale, along with all of the designs I make.

What a bummer, I so enjoy getting together with you ladies.

Hope that all had a wonderful Easter! Hope the moms are getting ready for "Everyone's Birthday" coming up on the 21st.  Should be a good time for us.

Now....Please keep all the sailors save aboard the USS Enterprise as they get ready for another deployment.

Thanks for the prayers! Our Sailor is still home :-) He goes back this weekend.

MIDWESTNAVYMOM, I am sorry for your loss.  I am so happy to hear your sailor will be home for the funeral.

I think my sailor was not allowed to come home for his Grandma's funeral because he was at bootcamp.  (My #2 son who was in the Navy)
