J Peder - how did you make it 2 1/2 years?  My sailor son is deploying soon for about 9 mos.they say and I am looking for ways to count down the time.  Any ideas?!

J Peder   Soak up every minute you have with your sailor.    Looking forward to hearing all about it the next time we see you.  I will check in on the location for the 21st and post it here.  1 month ago today my sailor was here and married his beautiful bride.  My how time zips by.

Oh my gosh.... J Peder.... 2-1/2 years! That's a long time. You will have a great day :) Please take pictures of the reunion and the reaction on your daughter's face when she sees him!  I'm tearing up over here...

Karen - glad for you too as you are seeing your son after a deployment!  Hope you are enjoying your time with him.

Speaking of the group meeting on February 21 - any word on the location yet?  Post it here if you know!  Thanks :)

Yahoo ,
Today is the day my sailor comes to visit from Japan. We haven't seen him in 2 1/2 years so I am feeling pretty excited about him being home for 28 days. Of course I suppose I will have to share him with family and friends.
We are going to pick him up than go and surprise his sister and her class of 3rd graders. She thinks he won't be home until April.
Keeping a secret from her has been hard for the last 3 months even harder the last few days.
Have a great day everyone. because I certainly will !!!

I am sorry I missed it. I ended up getting unexpected company.

Joyce and anyone else, if you are wanting to find the Facebook page, please look for me and request to be my friend and I will add you to the group. Jody Straw Jarmuzek

Hope to see you all next month. I am putting together a map of where everyone lives, if you would like to be included, please send me a message with your name and town.

See you all Feb 21.
