Springfield or KC are okay for meet and greet for me--1.5 hours vs 2 hours depending upon location!  Now if I can fit it in my schedule...

I'm also in KC. Is there a group that meets in our area?

@ NavyMom417 - Hi.  I am in the KC area and my son is also at BC now with a PIR of 10-11-13.  Just under 43 days left now!!  He shipped on 8/7 and had 15 P-days before they started training :-(  He is Ship 04, Div 820.  Good to know there are some other MO people!

NavyMom417, I also live in Lawrence County - Marionville. My niece lives and goes to church in Mt. Vernon. :) Where are you in your Navy journey? Pre BC, BC, A school, years down the road? Where is your sailor now?

It's been awhile since I have been on! Hi NavyMom417! I am in Christian County. Specifically, Nixa. My son is home for a 2 week leave between A school and his first duty station. We have several moms here in Nixa and are trying to work on a M&G. We've had a few things going on the past few months have had to put it off. After Caleb leaves, I will put one together and perhaps we can meet in Springfield. Hope all you ladies have a fantastic day!

We have been quiet!  No news must mean good news!  How many of us are in southwest Missouri?  Are there enough of us to have a get together?  I'm in Barton County--south of KC ?

Hello MO. Sure is quiet here these days.

Sure has been great weather in my parts. We have missed almost all the rain. Big cracks in the yard.

Hope you, your families and Sailors are all doing great!
