You should get a link to buy tickets in a specified area.  In the meantime, you can start an event for August 15th for the Cards game.  YOu can also make it a "discussion forum " above, and I will help you promote it.  Carol

Hello everyone, We found out a couple weeks ago that my son is one of the 80 or so to be picked for the Cardinal Company and will be swearing in at the August 15th game.  Is there any other parents that got the same great news and will be at the game or past Cardinal Company parents who can tell me what to be looking forward to.  Thank you.

Good evening ladies!

Shirleyann - Welcome....glad you found us.  Your journey is just beginning.  It can be a wild ride but hang on we'll be right here for ya through it all.

Maryanne - Just one more week!!!  My son bought his pictures and he went back to his barracks right after the ceremony to get them for me.  Of course I gave him strick orders prior to leaving for bc that I wanted pics and didn't care about the cost....since he knew I'd repay him he made sure I got plenty!!!  Hopefully your son has already taken care of them.  Don't forget us when you start plastering those pics....we want to see too!

SandySea - Hope your son's address gets straightened out soon.  Wouldn't it be nice if we could just mail ourselves overseas and hand deliver those care packages!  LOL my dreamworld!!!  I've been thinking alot about you lately.  Have you heard from your son much since leaving?  My son is shipping out anytime now and I'm really dreading the lack of communication.  He has spoiled me by calling every week but I know that's about to come to end real soon.  I'm so thankful there's Navy moms who understand.
